Terms of service & offer terms

1. Publisher

The Avuru Finance service is published by [COMPANY NAME — TO FILL], a [LEGAL FORM] under Luxembourg law, registered with the Luxembourg RCS under number [B-XXXXXX], registered office at [ADDRESS], VAT [LU XXXXXXXX]. Contact: contact@avurufinance.com.

2. The service

Avuru Finance is a personal finance application: read-only account aggregation through PSD2-licensed providers, budgets, savings goals, simulators and an assistant. Avuru never holds your funds and can place no order.

Content, simulators and assistant answers are educational and indicative: Avuru provides neither personalised investment advice, nor tax advice, nor legal advice. For a binding decision, consult a licensed professional.

3. Subscriptions & trials

Four plans: Free (0 €), Lite (5.99 €/month or 54.99 €/year), Plus (15.99 €/month or 149.99 €/year), Pro (36.99 €/month or 349.99 €/year). Prices include Luxembourg VAT.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial; unless you cancel before the trial ends, the chosen subscription starts and is billed. Cancel anytime, in one click, effective at the end of the current period.

Right of withdrawal: 14 days from subscribing, under EU law. By requesting immediate access to the service you accept that this right lapses once the service is fully performed; if you withdraw within the 14 days, payments are refunded minus the period already used.

4. Early-adopter offer

Every account opened during the early-adopter period — 90 days from [OFFER LAUNCH DATE — TO FILL] — receives 3 months of the Plus plan free, activated when the account opens.

• One account and one offer per person.
• The offer is personal, non-transferable, has no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash.
• It combines with the referral programme within the limit set in section 5.

5. Referral programme

A “referral” is a person who opens a real, active Avuru account through your referral link or code.

• Tiers: up to 10 referrals, you accumulate up to 6 free months of Plus; up to 100 referrals, up to 12 free months — the programme's absolute ceiling.
• Indicative value: 12 months × 15.99 € (the current Plus monthly price) ≈ €191.88, rounded to ≈ €190 in our communications.
• Nature of rewards: months of Plus — they are never paid in cash, are neither transferable nor refundable, and have no monetary value.
• Programme status: your referrals are counted from now; rewards will be credited at the official launch of the rewards programme.
• Combination: early-adopter and referral rewards combined are capped at 12 months per person in total.
• Anti-fraud: self-referral is forbidden; referred accounts must be real and active [OBJECTIVE DEFINITION TO SET, e.g. at least one bank connection within 30 days]; Avuru may disqualify referrals obtained through fraud, automation or manifest abuse.
• Changes: Avuru may change or end the programme for the future, with reasonable notice; rewards already credited remain yours.

6. Personal data

Referrals involve processing the referred person's email address, shared by the referrer or entered by the referred person, for the sole purposes of linking their sign-up to the referrer and crediting rewards. Legal basis: Avuru's legitimate interest in operating the programme, or consent where required.

The referred person is informed at first contact and may request deletion of their address at any time; it is deleted if no sign-up occurs within [X — TO DEFINE] days. For everything else — access, rectification, erasure, portability — see our privacy policy.

7. Governing law & mediation

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law, without depriving consumers residing in another EU country of the mandatory protections of their national law.

In a dispute, contact us first: contact@avurufinance.com. Failing agreement, you may refer the matter, free of charge, to the Service national du Médiateur de la consommation (Luxembourg). The competent courts are those provided by law.
